The goal of this professional development series is to promote effective response by familiarizing personnel with the ICS/EOC framework, and the principles used to manage incidents. This series of courses also prepares personnel to coordinate with response partners from all levels of government and the private sector. Each quarter, the Baltimore County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management offers five (5) FEMA Incident Command System core courses of instruction. Each course is certified by the State, and upon completion, a FEMA Certificate of Completion is awarded.
